Fairford House in London Fields recently stood empty and unloved. Now we’re working on a complete restoration, focussing on natural materials and a respect for the Conservation area constraints. Hand-made bricks from Germany and the Welsh borders have been chosen to compliment the restored and tinted facades. Inside, oak parquet floors and lime plaster will once again add to the honest quality of the scheme.

There will be four large lateral flats in the main building and a new-build Coach House at the rear. Completion is expected in the summer of 2021.
